Small restaurant at the very heart of Valencia.
Food is good enough, but I must say presentation is better than taste. Too much oil in my opinion in certain dishes.
Also remarkable that the waiter who served us wasn't trained at all, one of those people who grasp glasses by the upper side with clearly dirty fingers. Maybe we just suffer the need of staff reinforcement because of The Fallas (local celebration).
