If you love vodka and russian communist imagery, this is your bar. It's not cheap, but the studied decoration, the variety of its cocktails and the quality of its vodkas worth it, at least for one night in life. If you visit Pravda, don't miss "Oh Kanada!", a cocktail made with vodka, rye whiskey and maple syrup! A bit strong but delicious :)
Eating & Drinking
And now drinks....Unit is the neighborhood’s best-kept secret, no sign save for a rusty “Liquor” sign in the window. It’s been quietly existing in the shadow of the larger louder trendy bars, never asking for your attention, never calling out to you. But there when you need it: a bar that captures the old junk-store spirit of days gone by, while at the same time managing to feel like an elegant space that’s been carefully curated. Great music. Really nice staff and the right sort of pub.
It was my favourite japanese restaurant when I was been living in TO. Tempura and Teppanyaki dishes was delicious and it has a very economic prices at lunch time.

Boom Breakfast & Co is located in one of the livest neighbourhoods of Toronto: Litte Italy. The all day breakfast menu starts up at 6 am and runs until 4 pm. Its awsome prices and its wonderful food (eggs benedict, omelettes, waffles with maple syrup, natural smoothies... ummm!!!) makes it a very popular place. If you go to TO and you are walking across the area... don't hesitate, try a real Canadian breakfast-brunch.
This is a great place for rock and roll lovers! Its owner is a Rolling Stones fan so the club is decorated with all kinds of pictures of the band. Nice place to chill out and/or dance to classic rock songs. Very enjoyable.
