The best pub in Shibuya... well, maybe in Tokyo. It's difficult to find a place in the city where you can listen to good music (punk, new-wave, indie-rock...) without paying any kind of cover charge. The prices are not really cheap, average for Tokyo, but the staff is great. Phone: 3464-1831.
