Ning Xia Night Market is maybe not one of the most famous night markets, but it's one of the best if you are looking for good food. Besides Keelung's, it's the only one where I was able to find salad boats. Don't miss the rou zong, a kind of salty rice "cake" similar to the Japanese onigiri, with meat, eggs, chestnuts and mushrooms.
