It's located near the National Taiwan University so, as Shida Nightmarket, Gongguan is a students oriented one. The prices are cheap and all the area is full of clothes and accessories shops, restaurants (mainly South East Asia food) and coffee shops. The tapioca milk tea is very popular there.
