Fruit is an important part of the Taiwanese diet. Fresh juice stands are, along with tapioca milk tea ones, very popular in night markets. Taiwanese pineapple cake is not actually a cake, but a kind of pastrie, the most popular of them in the country, but also among the foreign visitors who uses to buy them as souvenir. Li jia da fang is a store from Keelung famous for its Pineapple cakes. The branch in Taipei is located in Zhongshan.
