Set up by some european electric music genius. It's not big, but a piece of wonderful land especially for the local foreign guys. After the Party is the most crazy of times, you can see the night clubbers inteligently greeting each other with a cup of cocktail or an humorous glance. So go and get high in this la la land~~

A bar street having all styles bars of the world, so cool! I liked very much the decorations and the wide space of them, just more fashion than the bar street of Beijing.
This is a dessert house that is the best one I've tried in Shanghai. I have to say that the sweet food of Shanghai is very different from Beijing's and it's more delicious. I like very much their Guihualagao桂花拉糕 and Meimaosu眉毛酥 said to be the No.1 in Shanghai. Maybe because it belongs to the government, kind of lack of good services, however, you could ignore the waitresses just concentrate on the food:p Almost 50 RMB/ person.
This is almost the best place to taste Shanghai foods because they sell all types of Shanghai snacks. Located in the famous Chenghuangmiao城隍庙 also called Yuyan豫园 in Huangpu District. There is also a very interesting place--a mini arena where you could see the cock fighting show :)
Bengbang cuisine is the local cuisine of Shanghai, and this restaurant is the right place to go. Their dishes are very Bengbang, very authentic, and delicate, very southern. Just a little expensive, about 100 yuan/ person. But the atmosphere is ideal, you can see the riverside scenery through the big windows.
