Seorae Mauel is one of the most international barrio in Seoul. It was more known as the French town, with a French International schools and ex-pats. Now it became a mix of European taste cafes and restaurants with some Japanese style places. Poong-wol, which means full moon, is an Izakaya, with Japanese sake and very authentic food. (My Japanese friend who is a chef became a huge fan of this place.) Odeng (fish cake soup) and Agedashi Tofu (fried tofu) are one of their best dishes.
