Vegetarian pan asian food restaurant with a huge vegan menu in the Capitol Hill area. The dim sum is really tasty as are the rose drumettes - a kind of fake fried chicken on a wooden stick dish, hmmm, tastes better than it sounds!

It's really popular with the locals, I think because the menu changes so much. When I was there they had a Puerto Rican theme so the menu was inspired by there and they even change the whole decor to match, using props made of papier maché. The 'Pirate Booty' pancakes with coconut and rum were amazing. As far as I know the theme changes every month or so, I would definitely be a regular customer if I lived nearby.
Salumi cured meats are a MUST-EAT in Seattle! Make sure to check the hours of operation before you go - they are fickle and open/close when they please.
