If you are willing to brave the sketchy neighborhood of the “6th St corridor”, Tu Lan offers fantastic Vietnamese food for dirt cheap. A large menu, with appetizers, noodles & rice, seafood, vegetarian options, desserts and specials, something can be found for anyone. Delicious, hearty, and more than affordable, the food here is worth the trip to the sketchy ‘hood! Even Julia Child mentioned this restaurant on her show. (What she was doing at 6th & Market must have been an interesting story...)
