Saw this place on “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” and just had to check it out. Drove all the way up from Chicago – hey I’m serious about diners – and was thoroughly pleased. This place is a real trip! The wait is worth it (don’t get discouraged, be prepared to wait half an hour.) Apparently the real star dish of this place is “Frank’s Garbage Plate” (hash browns with eggs, peppers, jalapeños, onions, cheese, and choice of meat). Although I may be on my way to a heart attack, it tasted fantastic.
