Gabes’ is like a clothing minefield of manufacturer mishaps and poor sellers. For example, the Express pea coat you’re ogling will probably be missing several buttons and that J.Crew turtleneck is probably oddly tight around the neck. In other words, you have to sort through a lot of crap to find anything worth buying. But when you do, and you will if you take some time, you can find fantastically cheap brand names and items. Definitely worth the trip if you like the thrill of the hunt.
