The thing with Perla Mediterranea is that although it is a fairly newly opened restaurant, they have already found their nisch, in fresh Spanish tapas and they provide quality service.
You can find another hot spot neary, the Underwater pub which has live opera performances twice every week(Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Wonderful retro bar, café, restaurant and garden in a former mechanical work shop close to Oslo central station. Nice mural paintings and furniture from 1940s.
This tapas bar, opened 10 years ago, is a local institution. The menu features scampi, cod, chorizo and grilled entrecôte, as well as some good Spanish red wines. Cap off your day or fuel up for clubbing.
