Another member of Baklava family, Sarığı Burma contains nearly the same ingredients of Walnut-Baklava. However both the cooking and preparation process are different. It is also used to be called Sigara Tatlısı (Cigar dessert) but it was considered to be dangerous for smoking habit so is not being called anymore. Simply it is rolls of very thin pastry leaves with walnut in between. So if you go to Kapadokya, don't miss the chance to taste it!
