Really good place for lunch in Milan. It's fair priced and the food is reaaaally good. Once you try it, you come back to try more ;)
Staff is good, the quantity of the food is great (be prepaired to feel like a baloon after a delicious plate of tagliatelle porcini with boletus or spaguetti carbonara) and the prices are totally fair. The also have very delicious looking/smelling pizzas and deserts but we couldn't try them.. we were too full :P
One of the best ice creams in Milan. Well, its difficult to choose one ice cream place in this city, cause I have lived in Milan and I have tried many places...At Grom you won't regret asking for an ice cream (gelato) with "panna montata" on the top ! My favourite are: pesca (peach), chocolat and crema di grom !
Pane e Acqua was a top choice when it came to choosing restaurant in Milan. It’s not located in the tourist areas, so can be a little hard to find, but that’s what’s adds up to it’s uniqueness. The interior is fabulous, which seems to change with the season, and the food and service is just as good. We tried the tasting menu which I must recommend! Fresh and simple ingredients which suited each other perfectly.

Panzarotti are stuffed filled pastries and they are SOOOOOOOO good, stuffed with all sorts of goodness. Cheese, olives, hams, tomatoes, pickels. Any thing you want really. Their cheap and great for the on the go coolpackers. You will find them all over Milan but they said the best are at Luini's & with 60 years of experience they must know a thing or two. Go, try, eat, digest, LOVE ....
