The milk desserts occupy very important place in Turkish cuisine. Therefore there are many types of milk puddings which are mostly totally different in taste but very similar in shape. Keşkül is one of those top milk puddings which is cooked with crushed almonds and rice flour. In my opinion this one is one of the most successful mik desserts if done properly. The origin can be considered Mersin but it is very easy to find tasty examples all around Turkey.
