1500 litres of organic whipped cream and 10 tonnes of organic potatoes a year. These are numbers that show that Restaurang Brogatan is one of the absolute biggest consumers of organic primary products in Sweden. The owner David Kallos’ goal is to offer fair food to reasonable prices. Fair for him means serving organic food as extensively as possible and also to offer his employees decent working conditions. Lovely place!
Eating & Drinking
I know people who have travelled pretty much everywhere. And they say you have to go to China and search for a long time until you find chinese food this good.
...and the service is excellent.
...and the owner will tell you about a bunch of really weird specialities he can arrange for you, if you talk to him beforehand. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
However. NOT cheap.
So if your in Malmo you already know its a pretty cool city. SLM Malmo does tend to take it to the next level depending on your likes of course. Its a gay place but there is a huge mix of people and they are all out to do one thing and that is look better (or worse :) than the next person. A great night of believing in dressing up and seriously these people take it to the extreme's, so prepare yourself and of course you have to dress up to get in !!!
