Best pizza in Madrid! You may say it's a very small and not particulary nice place (I would say it's authentic), but I can assure if you like pizza (argentinian style) you really have to go.
My recommendation: try the superespecial or El Trebol. And ask for the hot sauce.
You should be around 9 pm or after 10:30 because the place is so small that it's impossible to have dinner where there are more than 12 people. Of course, you can't make a reservation ;)

This restaurant is said to be the oldest in the world. It is several stories of tight cozy quarters. Tables are close together and a sense of family is present. Live music plays and a merry atmosphere is everywhere. The menu is delicious, including Eel!
It is a must see when traveling in Madrid.
I lived in the city for four months and visited this eatery several times. It is a timeless memory in my mind.

Finally, a place in Madrid where I can get self-serve frozen yogurt just like in the US! Their frozen yogurt is delicious and they offer lots of great toppings AND they also have a ridiculous variety of yummy Italian syrups to add on. Cherry Pop also has super cool decor and is located right by the Plaza Mayor smack in the center of Madrid. Yummmm!!
