This is a restaurant with a view. This rooftop restaurant will give you views of Nelson's Column, The Big Ben, The Picture Gallery and St. Martin-in-the-fields church. It's a bit expensive but if you choose well you can get away with a 2 course menu for £18. Also good atmosphere and friendly service.

This is a huge pub with loads of things going on at all times. Dance classes, live music, comedy shows, sports, ... and well, pints and food, of course!
The pub is in Souh West London, near Balham and has amazing rooms. My favorite is the round room with two floors and a stage, make sure to check it out!

When I moved to London in 2005 I discovered The Chocolate Society in Shepherd Market, Mayfair. A great location, especially during the warmer months when you can sit outside in the sunshine. Apart from delicious chocolate truffles, they offer a variety of delicacies. I particularly recommend the dark chocolate brownies -- perfect in taste and consistency, one of the best I've ever tasted.

I love this place in SOHO. You will eat Pat Thai like if you were in Thailand. Everything I had there were delicious. Do not panic if when you get there is a long queu waiting in the street, runs quickly and a waiter will show you the menu so this time you will spend choosing your meal. And if you are two maybe you are lucky and you will enter before. You will share the table with more people so if is a romantic dinner maybe is not the best choice, but if not the case you will have fun.
