My favourite cafetería in the city for having a coffee and meet&talk with friends. Delicious coffees while listening to good and selected pop music in the morning and jazz/soul/blues in the evening. Nice place to have some spirits and beer on weekend nights as well

In the heart of the city in the neighbourhood of Leon, we find a whole row of bars and taverns where the drinks are accompanied by free tapas and where each establishment tries to differentiate themselves from the rest by adopting a speciality.
Cecina, from Leon, black pudding from Matachana dressed with garlic sauce, gaucho potatoes and a special type of soup, wild boar meat and homebaked Leonese bread. All of this given out with whichever of the excellent red wines from the region.
Increible sitio para tomar un café riquisimo que tuestan ellos mismos en el local, unas tapas muy ricas y la tortilla de patatas esta riquisima, ademas tienen musica de jazz todo el rato, un sitio muy original, son baristas y hacen de vez en cuando actuaciones de jazz. Tiene una decoración entre americana e irlandesa, varios grifos de cerveza de importación, un pan especial negro con pipas y unas tapas de jamon y quesos muy buenas.
