Well I've been told so much about Madam Kwan's in KLCC, so I just had to go there..They recommended me Beef Penang coz it was a typical Penang dish and superb..So I tried it YIKES! I will never have that dish again! If that was a penang specialty well... but every thing else was rather nice :)
