Since it can be understood from its name, this dessert has a shape of a finger. A special dough is shaped and than fried in hot oil. After that how dessert is dipped into cold syrup. It has mostly a crispy feeling in first bite but inside is soft. If the syrup is prepared properly, it can be really delicious. But, since this dessert is made of dough, it has the ability to absorb the syrup although it is fried. I have always tried home made versions though!
