If you are addicted to meat like me, Büryan Kebab can satisfy you more than many other kebabs. Büryan is actually pit roasted lamb. A whole lamb is cooked in a stone pit for hours and hours so the result is cotton soft and delicious lamb meat that you don't even need to chew. Siirt Şeref really knows how to cook real büryan. Normally this kebab comes along with a couple of special stone oven breads (pide) for per portion. As an advice, do not ask alcohol in this restaurant!
