Mostly confused with Lahmacun (Turkish pizza), the Pide has completely different taste. The most famous types of pide are kıymalı (minced meat), peynirli (cheese). The taste and shape is really different in every region of Turkey but, in my opinion, the best region to eat pide is Karadeniz (Black Sea). And there is a great representative for this region in Istanbul, called Pide Ban. I highly recommend Kıymalı Pide with eggs and drink ayran beside your meal! Sweet dreams afterwards :)
