One of the most precious heritage left by Ottoman Empire is most probably the Ottoman cuisine. Since most of the traditional Turkish food are actually art of Ottoman recipes, there are many restaurants which present this taste. Hacı Abdullah is one of the oldest restaurants which founded in the era of Ottomans. I have to admit that the prices are expensive but if you feel that you have to try Ottoman food, do yourself a favor and go! My favorite dish is Patlıcanlı Kuzu Incik, beyond question!
