natural

Made of milk and rose juice, Güllaç is the first dessert to be come into the ming in Ramadan. It is tradition to prepare beautifully designed Güllaç and serve it to visiting guests. It is prepared with pastry made of corn starch. These pastry leaves are normally dry and are made wet with milk, sugar and rose juice. Some pomegranate and crushed pistachio can be used for enrichment and even for beautification. There is no certain special location for the Güllaç but in every region it is different!
