Its name is inspired by its own shape because it really looks like lips. Being a member of Baklava family, Dilber Dudağı needs high cooking skills to be prepared. When compared with Baklava, cooking this is a little bit more troublesome. Because it is covered with burnt butter and after the cooking process it is made wet with cold syrup. The middle part of the lip shaped layers is filled with crushed walnuts or hazelnut. It is a kind of rare dessert so you can only find it in dessert-shops.
