Şam Tatlısı is very similar to Revani, but milk and molasses are used as ingredients of the cake. When compared with Revani, this dessert gets a better score from me! But, once again, you should eat this with fresh clotted milk cream. The reason of its name, Şam (Damascus - Capital of Syria), is still a mystery by the way. But maybe it is one of the anciently imported recipes from Arab lands..
