Are you looking for a traditional restaurant in the old town? Zabala is, without any doubts, the best option: seafood and fishes are always fantastic.
But if you are on a low budget or can't afford the prices on the regular menu, try to find a place outside (it's always difficult specially on July and August) and enjoy the "tapas en la terraza". The tapas are so much cheaper but the quality still superb!
