Our hotel recommended the Blue Parrot to my husband and I after we arrived, starving. Let’s just say starving people plus tired bodies equals a whole lot of expectation. But fortunately for the Blue Parrot and its owners, our expectations were beyond met. We both ordered lamb dishes and they fell right off the bone, perfection. For an appetizer we shared the seafood stew entrée (I told you we were hungry). It had scallops, shrimp, clams, mussels, and fish steamed in a tasty broth.
