If you watch Top Chef you might remember Bryan V. – he is the head chef here. The interior is decorated in a very modern, playful way which reminds me of the restaurants you’d find in NYC. Even though this is a five-star restaurant the staff are dressed very casually. Our waiter had on converse shoes which I have to admit was cool. I had the potato leek chowder for an appetizer and it was mouth-watering. For my meal I got a steak, which seems boring, but not here.
