Went to this American bistro on a blistering cold Chicago night and went home warm and happy. We started off with a wine flight, sampling wines from their extensive list. For an appetizer we had scallops and they literally melted in your mouth (scallops are hard to get right). I’m a vegetarian so my entrée was an acorn squash with mushroom risotto inside. The only thing that didn’t go off without a hitch was the service. There weren’t many people but the server was acting as if he was swamped.
