This is one of my favorite seafood restaurants in the state. Every time there’s a birthday or any sort of celebration I put in my two cents that we go here. My meal staples are the scallop appetizer and the king crab entrée. The scallops here are always the perfect texture, not rubbery. I know crab isn’t the hardest thing to make but Cool Springs does it right. When you get crab legs at places like Red Lobster there’s often never any meat in them. That is not the case here.
