Falling Rock is like the Sistine Chapel of beer bars. With over 1,200 beers on tap this is serious beer-enthusiasts oasis. Okay, maybe they don’t have that many, but if they don’t have it on tap, they most likely have it in a bottle. The staff can be somewhat distant if the place is crowded, but you could tell they are passionate about their products and full of information if you actively engage them.
