We had a drink in the candle lit bar first, staff were friendly & polite. Ventured upstairs passing the kitchen into the quirky Silk Purse restaurant. We sat by the window with views to the river & city hall. We had puddings with sweet onion to, seared hanger steak with puttanesca and xips for main, my partner had teriyaki shark & rice noodles and we shared a poached pear & homemade vanilla ice cream and orange shortcake biscuits for dessert. Unbelievable experience! A great night all round.
