In art, the phrase horror vacui means to fill the entire surface of an artwork with detail. In the case of this restaurant, it was to fill every inch of empty space with random knick-knacks, signs, dolls, and license plates, just to name a few. Locals love this place not just for its eclecticism, but also its lush patio and cheap PBRs. The menu features American dishes with a Caribbean twist, and is priced appropriately for St. Louis (pretty much everything on the menu is at or under $10).
