Their five-star cuisine is very German and pork-oriented. The interior’s high ceilings with wooden beams are reminiscent of a barn and the enclosed booths, also wooden with opening and closing doors, are clearly suggestive of pigpens. It’s a pretty cute juxtaposition when considering the menu’s high prices. Staple appetizers include the Chef’s Tasting of Oysters (six different oysters from different coasts) and their frites with poached egg.
