As you know, the Hans like wheaten food, for example noodle, and especially steamed stuffed bun, we call it Baozi包子! (made of flour and meat) This restaurant is the oldest ( 80 years old ) as well as the most delicious one of Baozi in Sichuan, named after the the first name of the founder Han Yulong. For us, it's yummy, but for the western people maybe it's quite greasiness, however, you can try it with chinese vinegar which could clear up the fatness and delay the process of decrepitude.
