The name of Kemalpaşa is coming from a small town of Bursa, called Mustafakemalpaşa. It is also rumored that this dessert has a Bulgarian origin. It is mainly produced by creameries and distributed to whole Turkey. To be honest it is too sweet for me and I only can eat it with a high amount of clotted cream of milk on it. But somehow it is very popular! So if you like a "sugar-bomb" thats your dessert for sure..
