This nice cafe offers a 2 course lunch, plus wine or coffee, for only 11 euro. The food is fantastic and the location is great, right near the Musee d'Aquitaine and the stop along tramline B.
Eating & Drinking
This is quite possibly the best breakfast you'll have in Bordeaux. All the breads are freshly baked and served with honey, nutella, and fresh jams. The coffee is decently priced, and the freshly squeezed orange juice is absolutely delicious.
This little place near Porte Cailhau has fantastic sorbet and gelato for a good price. The vanilla is superb, the chocolate rich, and the berry flavors are deliciously juicy. You can get 1 scoop for 2 euro, 2 for 3.50, and 3 for 5.
This cafe has great outdoor seating right by Place Gambetta and the Porte Dijeaux. Both the food and drink menu is extensive, and prices are reasonable. It's the perfect place to sit out at night with some good friends and good wine.
I recommende this place to drink the best mojito of Bordeaux. It's a latino bar which mixed salsa with modern musics. It's an inescapable place in the old bordeaux.
