Restaurant-Café founded in1897. Picasso designed the first menu and came often to this place. The tilework and other decorations in this cosy cafe/restaurant are really beautiful (even the toilet is worth a visit!).
Pastries and sweets are the speciality. There are also vegetable pies, wrapped, salads and other yummy things.
Located in the neighborhood of Gracia, it´s very nice to go on Sunday and then take a walk around. Very good services and prices.
Bar runned by Italians with REAL ITALIAN PIZZA: hard to call 'pizzeria.' It's located on a very quiet corner of Gracia and due to the recent construction on the building, it's even hard to find. They don't do publicity, however, most of the time it's full, especially on nights that Italian football teams have matches. They have more than 20 pizzas, all are quite simple, but amazingly good. The pizza is made right after you order: comes out HOT and FRESH. Also a very nice place just for drinks.
Marvelous terrace at the mountain with sea views. Great for summer nights.
