My favorite without any question! This dessert is so awesome that, even though it is very filling, 1 portion is never enough. And the thing that makes it so delicious is the special salt-free creamy cheese between its crispy layers. Mostly served really hot so the cheese inside is totally melted and gives you additional pleasure. I tried it in Adana and it was the best, but its real origin is Hatay. I can't imagine if it can be more delicious out there! If so, it must worth to try!
