Paradiso it's a famous club and concert place close to leidseplein. Most of the great internatioal bands have played and recorded concerts there. It's a renewed old church.

Spanish bar with live Jazz on Sunday afternoons (check first!). When it's not live jazz, it's a Jazz DJ set, still, very good.

There are lots of possible menus being prepared in the kitchen and they always cook with fresh ingredients. This is high quality food offered to you for a very reasonable price.
One also has the choice of ten different wines with natural tastes, which you could order by the bottle or per glass. Furthermore ‘ Stigter’ offers their customers five varying draft beers.
An extremely interesting ( and yummy place). It´s not a plain restaurant because it includes its own greenery. So, the vegetables and fruits they serve are daily collected from there. Sort of expensive ( there is a set menu) but totally worthy
Fantastic Belgian-style fries with a variety of sauces. The fritesauce (herby, lemony mayonnaise) is especially good.
