1. Contest rules
1.1. Contest goal
The goal of this contest is for the community users to register on iwannagothere.com website (http://iwannagotherecom).
1.2. Contest organizers
I WANNA GO THERE S.L., located at Calle Salamanca 17, 1, 28020 Madrid, Spain, Tax ID number B-85525210 and registered in the Madrid Commercial Registry Volume 25,929, Section 8, Companies Register file 141, page M-467342, Registration 1, dated October 6, 2008, is the company organizing the contest.
1.3. Participation and territorial scope
Any person over 16 and residing anywhere in the world will be able to participate.
2. Contest mechanics
2.1 Registration in the iwannagothere.com website
Users must register in the iwannagothere.com website (http://iwannagothere.com/signup). Contest organizers reserve the right to deny participation to users sending fraudulent information regarding their identity (name, address, email, etc.).
2.2 Post a picture
After registering in the iwannagothere.com website, the user must post a picture.
3. Prize
3.1 Prize
The prize will be a suitcase and a customization kit from mydotdrops.com
3.2. Winners selection
Eight finalists will be chosen at the criteria of the contest organizers based on the originality and creativity of the uploaded content.
A jury formed by María Martínez Fernández (i wanna go there CEO), Manuel Muñoz Solera (i wanna go there founder), Fernando Blat Peris (i wanna go there founder) will make the selection and their decision will not be open to appeal.
The final winner will result from the registered users voting in iwannagothere.com for those 8 finalists.
3.3. Winners notification
I WANNA GO THERE S.L. will contact the winners by email and announce their names in the iwannagothere.com website.
Participants providing real and accurate information will be able to access the prize. Participants not fulfilling all requisites indicated on the rules will not have any rights. If it is not possible to contact the winner due to errors in the information he/she provided, I WANNA GO THERE S.L. will be absolved from delivering the prize.
4. Time limit
4.1. Contest start
Participation date will start on February 8, 2010, and will end on March 14, 2010.
The 8 finalists will be announced on the iwannagothere.com website on March 15, 2010.
Users registered on iwannagothere will have 1 week to vote for their favorite one.
The winner will be announced on March 22, 2010.
5. Acceptance of contest rules
Participating in the contest involves complete knowledge and acceptance of its rules. Any manifestation to the contrary will mean the participant’s exclusion and loss of the prize he/she would have been able to obtain.6. Data protection
The information provided by the participants is protected by the Personal Nature Information Protection Law. I WANNA GO THERE S.L. does not sell, rent, or make available to third parties the personal data provided.
By voluntarily registering on the I wanna go there website, personal information will be saved in the i wanna go there existing database. The i wanna go there database has been registered with the Personal Nature Protection Agency.
